The website was very sluggish. I think it’s because of all the auto popups and the spinner. Clicking on links and searching took longer than expected. Whatever update was made on the website is extremely unoptimized and needs fixing, this would lose customers.

Every time I have ordered online in the past 2 months, it says that the same day delivery isn’t available. I typically have to change stores, change zip codes, then reverse the process and it eventually becomes available. Probably a glitch on your end since Door Dash or similar driver usually delivers the package.
