Great Experience. I will have to follow up to review if the buy 2 get 1 free includes Auto-shipped items as no where on the website is this stated. I have 3 items for every 60 days and 3 items for every 90 so should fall in the buy 2 get 1 free category.

It appears that the discounts are misleading. There are too many products that apparently do not qualify for the discount code of Refine26 for example. I never get to have any discounts because none of the products I buy seem to meet the qualifications. The only discount I ever get is the rewards points I earn. Not satisfied with their rewards program at all. Too expensive as some natural food stores offer the same product at a lower price and there are some brands that are not available so they have to be bought elsewhere.

Bad - When something is out of stock, I wish you would do like you used to. Let me order and pay for it and ship it when it is in stock. Unless it is something you will never have in stock, in which case take it down
