My wife had very good results using Heart Health plant sterols. She dropped her cholesterol by 20 points in 6 months. The The Vitamin Shoppe ran out - and her cholesterol increased drastically. I can only buy this product online, so I bought a bunch and put them on subscription. The Swanson product that I substitute gave her stomach problems, so she stopped using it. No issues with the web site. It took me a little while to find the check box agreeing to terms and conditions before I could pay with Paypal, but that wasn't a big deal. Just a minor annoyance. The lack of availability of the desired product in stores is a major annoyance. I hate to have supplements shipped in 100-degree heat, but I have not choice. Here's hoping that the capsules are not congealed into a massive blob.

It was a good experience but it seemed the buttons were sluggish sometimes but it always ended up working. It offered all purchasing options like karma so I liked that and one time purchase options instead of th hidden subscription some web sites do

I liked the ease of selecting what I wanted to purchase and adding it to my cart with a simple click and checking out was just as easy. Although I do wish there were more selections on energy drinks that come in a variety pack in case I wanted to have more than just one flavor at a time.

I love that you have diet types as a filter. I would LOVE if tree nut and peanut allergies were added as options. Nuts are in SO MANY protein products. It would help my shopping experience if I could screen them out in the beginning. As I am preparing to hit submit-- the advertisement to get me to complete the survey is deceptive. I anticipated a coupon from Vitamin Shoppe-- not the bull that was offered when I placed my order. AND, this is my first shopping experience with you; what a disappointment!

It was a good experience, but for ordering “pickup”orders the stock is limited at the locations closest to me. So I have to drive at least 30 min every time I order something. Which in turn, deincentivises me from more purchases.
