Very frustrated with trying to utilize my Mom's OTC credit card. If she doesn't use the $ she loses it. 2 different orders for energy vitamins. Neither worked. 1st batch got credited. 2nd batch because I called 4 days after 30 day return window no credit. She's 79yrs old. It takes her body a bit to adjust to any new medication or vitamin. A co literally called The Vitamin Shoppe I woukd have thought would be more understanding. I even got her Dr's OK to double her dose of Super B, YOUR vitamin. 0 results. I'm so annoyed I have to drive a half hr on a Sat in busy Myrtle Beach to the closest Vitamin Shoppe to try to get a gift card for the 5 bottles of super B. To make matters worse, the 1 bottle had an empty capsule which scared us so I will not let her take any more. Trying a probiotic made by you, praying that at least works. Very, VERY frustrating. Even when I did your chst feature this afternoon while working, was told I had to call to speak to a supervisor. Ridiculous. The whole point of chats is to not have to speak to anyone. So yeah, doing this survey in hopes I win a $100 gift card because I already know my hr round trio tomorrow on my day off will lead to no credit back on her card or gift card.

I’m not a fan of the way the website looks, and I did have trouble logging in when I initially opened the website, but other than that, everything was easy to find and the checkout was pretty quick. I was just a little disappointed that some of the products I usually get weren’t all available for shipping and the only option they had available was pick up. That sort of defeats the purpose of ordering online.

The good was my ability to MESSAGE customer service...the bad was the lack of stock available to pick up or have shipped. The other negative was the fact I had an existing AUTO SHIP deal in which they were charging me more than the regular rate! I had to cancel it just so I could get back to the reduced rate originally offered when I first signed up almost 2 years ago. Last negative was the Credit Card deals and donations asks on my way to checking out.

My only complaint is that it be made a little easier to navigate and understand how discounts are added to the cart…I had a difficult time today spending over two hours trying to understand how the discounts were applied to my cart, and couldn’t figure out how it worked for a while. Other than that I don’t have many complaints.

I was disappointed that nature's Way vitamin b100 was no longer available for auto shipment, and that I was not notified of that. I only found out when my shipment did not come. However, I was able to come to the site today and find a brand that I already use that had an equivalent and added that to my auto shipment.

Logging into website using google is sometimes not working in mobile browser. Its frustrating and after trying few times it worked. Also if i add 0.03 to 44. Something order i will get free delivery. I’m not sure if this is really required with that close number

The average prices on Vitamin Shoppe are noticeably higher compared to Amazon and Walmart, which makes it harder to justify purchasing directly from your website. I would be more likely to buy from Vitamin Shoppe if prices were more competitive or price-matched with major retailers. Right now, I don’t see enough value in shopping here unless there is a strong sale or promotion. Improving price matching, offering better everyday pricing, and expanding product variety would make the website much more appealing for regular customers.

It took me 2 days to complete my order. The website wasn’t working and on my phone it was also going round and round. Could not find a product I needed. Was not able to use my reward points. Prefer going to the store which I did the other day and was told the 30% discount could not be honored there. Crazy! In my opinion.
