I think you should allow more than one pick up person. Other websites allow that. I might pick it up myself but I may also want to send a family member, I didn't see an option to put a second person, which would be helpful as it gives me options.

Applying reward to checkout feels like it's bait and switch -- if it's checked, it doesn't automatically deduct the reward. You have to click redeem then the check disappears. Check it again and hit redeem again THEN it applies. This has happened on more than one occasion. I would have assumed it would be fixed by now. Unable to edit the person picking up the order -- cannot figure out how to do that at all.

It is always difficult to log in online, i was made to create a separate account from the one i have used for years in the store. This is frustrating because i am unable to combine my points with all the purchases i make. Stores should be better stocked so that your customers dont have to compete with online purchases
