At the end you guys tried to bamboozle me with some fake offers that I don't like that when that happens my gym tried to do the same thing to me recently and I just really felt frustrated cuz they were like oh it's your birthday you can have a free gift up to $30 but it was just it was a lie- I don't like that stuff at the end that you try to add on like that I don't think that's cool.

I have had to shop elsewhere for some products, and the EXPIRATION of points is a poor strategy. I spent over $400 the last time I shopped, BUT MY POINTS WERE EXPIRED - BULLLLL SHT and bad policy.
