I purchased my products as a guest since trying to order them online by setting up an account never would work. Email account setup couldn't be made, after trying a number of times. If one email didn't work after a time, I tried a different one. I noticed nothing worked. I did add an email with the order. Finding out about my order was difficult to do, even though I was notified that it had arrived by using my first name if I checked on The Vitamin Shoppe website. However if I wanted to see about my order it would say I didn't have one. ( I could understand that if I wasn't able to set up a account.) However, I have accounts where I first started as a guest, but they were still able to start my account since I had added an email with my order. However, this company seemed to get everything wrong. It made shopping on this company's website difficult because it never seemed to be able to set up any account with my name and email. Even when trying after my order came in trying to set up an account with my name and email wouldn't work. When I can finally get an account set up to use, then maybe I will set up an account.
