I had to chase the company to get any info on when I would receive my order. When I ordered the product was out of stock, but they did not inform me. Once received they did notify me but the tracking of the shipment did not work

On October 30 I ordered 5 bottles of Earthrise Spirulina Natural - 180 tablets 500 mg - at $17.06 each bottle for a total of $95.25 using a VISA credit card. I also accepted an "free" offer of 4 magazines at $2 each for a total of $8. I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THE SHIPMENT OF 5 BOTTLES!! TODAY IS November 12 > ALMOST 2 WEEKS AFTER MY ORDER DATE. My bank has accepted the $8 but not yet seen the $95.25. I ordered this product August 31st. It’s October 23rd today and I have received nothing. Every time I’ve emailed for a status update, I’ve been told it has already shipped and I’ll receive it any day. A month later when I ask, they send the same email verbatim. I no longer believe anything will arrive and I’ve been been had.
