When searching for a specific type of item, such as "hallowen panty" it gives other than what's search for, such as Christmas panty and other items instead of Halloween. Also when searching for "tanga panty" I had a similar response, and had to find the items other ways.

All the family girls love getting the gift card at Christmas. I get them because women/ moms don’t get to spend other gift cards on themselves, always the kids or the house. Ordering online was easy, but my in-store experience at Desert Hills Premium Outlets was disappointing. I understood and accepted the ID requirement for accessing my credit card. However, the associate offered no alternatives; I discovered myself that I could use my card through the app and order for pickup. After ordering at 2:38 p.m., I was repeatedly told the store would not even receive my order for two to three hours, while customer service provided conflicting information. When I asked for clarification, the associate became defensive and repeatedly said, “Why would I lie?” Her tone was dismissive and unprofessional. I understand pickup orders require processing time. My concern is the unhelpful service, inconsistent explanations, and how I was treated. Please address training on pickup procedures, payment options, and respectful communication.

I couldn’t find the account number and it was the weekend so I couldn’t get my account number until Monday which at the point made my payment late causing me to pay a late fee. The account number was at the bottom of the page with several other numbers making if very difficult to know that was the account number.

Don't bother. Clothes have been unreasonably and ridiculously oversized lately. From the sweatpants that fit in the waist but are 3x times or 4x bigger in the legs to the sleep T-shirts that that were at least two sizes larger than they should've been. I bought a large sleep tea last year and it fit me better than the extra small/small sleep tee. I bought a month ago. Not to mention, the long sleeve T-shirts that I bought smelled terrible. One smelled like a horrible chemical smell and the other like vomit, for some reason. I verified that with someone else, as well!.
