Again I tried to put my zip code in and my address even populated when I put it in but then I clicked done and and it said 78758-78766 for example even though I just put 78758. And I’m scared that my package won’t come that I just doesn’t 60$ on but great deal 10 for 40 panties but then I had to add 10$ more for free shipping and then somehow it was 58$???? Kind of a scam possibly but the total said 135$ before the discount so seems like it’s a great deal personally even with the risk

Try to offer more options in XXL . Always sold out. Only colors in that size offered in the store are nude, black and white. No variety. The store associates don't really offer much help when trying to locate proper sizes. I know that there is backstock due to working there. This is why I only shop online now.Instead of going into the store.

I was unable to check out with my Victoria secret credit card. Any time I would go to check out it would tell me to fix the highlighted section. The only error i saw was “ this item is not available for gift wrap” I had not selected gift wrap. No matter what I did I was unable to check out with my card. I did not want to miss out on the summerween drop so I purchased my cart with Apple Pay and did not receive any error codes.

I received a promo offer via text for Buy 10 for $20. When I tapped on the link, it automatically took me to cotton panties. I only prefer the polyester type panties. So I didn't know how to find it. That is why I ended up calling Customer Care. If the link took me to all panties, cotton, and then maybe the polyester below it, that would have made it easier for me, because I didn't know what they called them and how to find them.

I was surprised to see VS selling other bra brands, and I didn't want to purchase from a different brand. I came to VS for a reason. The only difficult part was navigating the refund process and identifying which bra was what, since I had bought three different styles in the same color. Finally figured it out once I compared sku’s to the invoice. This purchase was buying another bra in the style that fit best.
