Too many clicks required. The first time it said “free shipping” but several steps later I noticed it was charging $8. I was unable to remove this so returned back to the “shopping” level and walked through the bag/checkout process again with it now remaining free shipping for the same level shipping. I wonder how many others got scammed out of $8.

It was difficult to find panties by the composition, i.e., cotton. I had to click on every single piece and then find the composition rather than being able to locate it through the search bar and overall panty home page. As important as cotton is for the lady parts, I thought there would be more focus on that or at least finding garments made in cotton that provide full cheek coverage without being a "boyshort" or boxer.

Some of the things I was wanting weren’t able to be ordered. But that was mainly due to my available credit. I plan on coming back and ordering more as soon as I have more credit available as well as another sale. I’m just glad there are multiple options to choose from and many discounts that can be applied

The website seemed a little glitchy and I had to repeat a couple of actions. Overall not my biggest concern. However it was frustrating to be offered 2 discounts through out my shopping experience but in the end only 1 applied. Disappointing. I almost cancelled my order.

I went on the website today to avoid my store in Beaumont, TX inside of parkdale mall. I was so overwhelmed on what bra to choose online, I hope they work out. I went in store yesterday, 6/30 around 3pm and had a terrible experience. My local store has really went down hill. Most of the brand new bras and clothing were all stained with black ink and the hangers were sticky where the clothes hung on them. There was an associate too busy talking with her boyfriend than to notice I needed help, then when I asked her about a bra, she just pointed across the store and said rudely “there’s more over there” as if I was annoying her for asking a question. I already felt extremely uncomfortable looking for a bra right beside a male that the associate kept joking with and having loud personal conversations with him. I honestly was so taken a back by the way she treated me. She should be reprehended for her extreme lack of customer service. Now there was another employee who did help me and she was great, I did not get her name. I also got the Slumber bra, I told the employee my size (34ddd) and she gave me a M DD. After telling her my size and that’s what she said would work, I came home and cut the tags only to find when I put it on today, it is too tight. I’m so upset I spent $50 on something I can’t wear. I thought Victoria’s Secret were supposed to be bra experts in sizing. I don’t see this location lasting much longer.

i love this company& have mainly only bought from vs/pink for he last decade so in the most loving way, this purchase made me aggravated. the website was glitchy the entire time, whatever, i’ll get past that. however, the prices of all the items changed literally as i was checking out. every single item went up 50¢. it’s only a few dollars, not the end of the world, but it did feel incredibly icky & misleading for the pricing on every single item to change as im checking out.

I absolutely love the designs and styles of the bras and the underwear, they are always soft and comfortable and give me confidence. The only issue I have had consistently with Victoria Secret products are about the manufacturing of their underwear specifically but also bras. Sometimes the stitching can be very iffy and just disappointing. I had this pair of underwear, i’m pretty sure I could count on one hand how many times i've worn them, before i noticed that the stitching that connects the back piece of the underwear to the waistband was genuinely hanging on by one stitching on the opposite side. i wanted to return or maybe get a exchange but with undergarments its hard to return or replace those things while being fully satisfied. also the stitching on the bra because there are loose strings just poking out. Other than that I have no issues with Victoria Secret, and even after that I still buy from this merchant because the cute designs and sales recently.
