As, stated I had to spend a lot of time maneuvering due to the screen jumping around and blocking some pics and preventing me from going back to my last screen easily after reviewing some bras. It was frustrating. The volume of the speaker describing the bras was very low, even when I turned volume all the way up.

I had a representative by Elaine and a couple before her that hung up after they access the account when I asked for a supervisor or manager. They were well aware of what they were doing and you outsource this work to people who are very ignorant and rude and have nothing to lose overseas. People do not respect Americans and they definitely don’t respect people of color or multiracial. If this were for a specific birthday request, I would never order from you people again. I have been ordering online for well over 20 years and I have been ordering in person for the last 35+ years.

VS has the worst check out process I've ever seen and I've been shopping online since the stone age. It took me more than 20 tries to complete my purchase, it's like you don't want me to spend money. Why don't you stop promoting your credit card and other superfluous agendas unrelated to checkout so people can pay within one minute, not one hour? You need to hire a new UX team because your experience is literally throwing money out of the window.

The checkout was a nightmare. I have no idea why it was so difficult. I kept getting emails with new codes, and no I wasn't lagging in time to input the numbers. The website kept sending me back to the same pages over and over again, even after I put in the code. I was signed in to my account. So I'm not sure what the issues were.
