Great products but sometimes unpredictable sales. There's always some big sale but it would just be simpler to have real sales and overall cheaper products when sales are off. The advertising after making a purchase is weird and has made me reconsider purchasing again, which I probably will not do for quite a long time because of this.

1) I was unable to apply more than 3 member rewards at once. 2) There is no function to search past orders with keywords so I have to go back to each order to find the name of items to find a match. 3) It's hard to find matching sets (eg same pattern of panty or bra), that should be automatically shown.

The site wouldn’t allow me to process my order and kept emptying my cart so I was only able to purchase my 5 bottles of Love Spell even with it giving me an error during that purchase stating that they were sold out. I wasn’t able to get my Bombshell on sale for $39 or my travel size bombshell or able to make sure o met my $100 purchase to get my Pink tote bag for my teenage daughter to use for school which is really disappointing. I always get wonderful comments about my Love Spell fragrance spray and Bombshell perfume but I guess I won’t be able to wear Bombshell anymore since I missed the sale now.
