I love the pricing discounts during the semi-annual sale and it was very clear which products were on sale as well as the discounted price. The site is pretty easy to navigate and I can find the types of items I'm interested in. My biggest complaint is that the site was glitchy throughout my experience. I could click on an item and see that it had several reviews. However, if I looked at a different product and went back to view the first item again it showed there were no reviews. I was very interested in making an informed choice based on the product description along with reviews, so it was frustrating to need to click in and out to see the reviews on several products. During the checkout process the site was again glitchy. I signed in to my rewards, filled in my billing/payment info, clicked the button to move on to the next step and got an error that my payment info was missing. I looked and it was definitely filled in. I typed it in again, but when I went to the next step my payment type switched to Venmo somehow. I went back, fixed it, went to the next step, and tried to place the order. I was then prompted to sign in again so I did, and then had to click "place order" again. It was not a smooth process at all. I've not had this issue with past VS online orders, otherwise I may not have wasted my time today and ordered from somewhere else. Regardless, I'm still really looking forward to receiving my order and hope to love the items - the styles and colors offered were very appealing and I appreciate the options.
