PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! If I’ve accidentally placed two identical items (same style, size and color) in my cart, indicate that by placing the quantity in parentheses next to the items. Yes, I understand it’s my responsibility to check my cart, but between rushing to place the order before items go out of stock and making sure discounts and payment methods are correct, it’s very easy for an oversight to take place, which takes away from my member rewards even distribution. Also, please fix whatever bug that’s currently happening on your app b/c I tried placing my order 3X and payment wouldn’t process BUT my bank card states that the funds were taken out of my account. I had to hurry and on the website and attempt to place my order for the 4th time via the website before it finally went through. Now I have to go through the hassle of making sure I’m refunded the first three charges, when your customer care opens b/c it’s still too early and their not open yet.
