Was bad enough getting jerked around and taken in circles just to PLACE the order. After I received the email confirmation, I clicked on the link to review it, only to be taken to your website and prompted to log on again with yet ANOTHER code to be sent to my email. Only problem is I was in my email already, and if I go back out to get the code, I’m screwed, because the screen where I was supposed to enter the code is now GONE!!! You should direct customers DIRECTLY TO THEIR ORDER FROM THAT LINK! Instead of them having to log in again and obtain a code! I tried my password instead, and all I got on your site was a prompt to sign up for rewards! Who the HE$$ is manning this website? I have a theory, but I’ll plead the 5th. At this point I’m totally convinced that I could walk into Ft. KNOX wearing a clown suit! YOUR WEBSITE ABD ORDER PROCESS NEED A MAJOR OVERHAUL. Hire people who are qualified based on MERIT (KNOWLEDGE ONLY). Just saying. This will be the last time I ever attempt to order anything from your website. I’m beyond frustrated at this point! Done!
