I purchased bras in the Tanger Sunbury store. I had a coupon for 2 free panties. The young lady who waited on me did not know how to order bras to be sent to my house, as they did not have my size. She fumbled quite a bit, but got it. She also had to order the panties. My bras came today, but no panties. I checked my receipt and called the store to speak with the store manager, Bill. He said I needed to call Customer Service and they would take my information and send me the panties, as the young lady who waited on me, had deleted the panties! I spoke with John in Customer Service. He was nice but I could hardly understand him and he spoke very fast. He said my Oder should be here within a week and a half. I feel this whole customer service was bad. First the young lady who wasn’t that friendly or knowledgeable, then a Manager who could not correct his store’s error, then having to ask John to repeat most of his conversation. I love your products, but the staff needs to be much better.
