I ordered an item and it was due for pickup on Monday September 8th (Today is September 7th). I went to use the “extend” option on the email sent to me by Pink, and to my surprise the order had been cancelled on their end. I had paid already which the charge having gone through, so I was confused. I called to see what happened and for a possible resolution and the “manager” kept saying “Lol” which felt a bit demeaning because I didn’t feel anything about the situation was funny :( They also told me that by “holding” the order that day (the 7th), it was a courtesy given by them and it felt like they were trying to make me feel thankful they kept the order ? Which would have been understandable if I didn’t have an email with confirmation for the 8th, and an option to extend ! Her answer to me about the situation was that her associates are young and bubbly which is fine but professionalism was out of the question regarding my order. Very disappointed mainly cause this was my birthday gift order. I won’t go back to this location, for “bubbly” associates they were very rude.
