Site Experience FeedbackOct 4, 2025
Interaction with website went smooth, no complications as far as the website is concerned. However, it was pretty unfortunate and really kind of erked me having spent close to one hundred dollars on 3 items that the following occurred: The website stated that I was allowed to add on UP TO TWO offer codes within a single purchase, so I chose to use the 20% OFF offer code sent to me in my email, and added on an additional promotional offer code advertised on the site for some sort of small fashion bag set with orders totalling $85.00+. At first, it accepted both offers and showed the added promotional item in my cart at no extra cost to myself. Shortly thereafter, the page refreshed, the promotional set was no longer in my cart and on the screen in small red lettering it explained that this offer wasn’t able to be added on DUE TO THERE BEING NO MORE LEFT IN STOCK… Annoyed that this was even the case when VS should have probably been slightly more prepared for that given they are aware they are running one of their bigger sales right now, I thought I’d try to add the offer again in hopes that maybe there was some mistake or a secondary promotional item offer might take this one’s place. When my screen refreshed again this time, it no longer read that it couldn’t be included due to not having anymore in stock, but this time it said that the promotional item offer could now suddenly not be used together with the 20% offer code I chose to you. It’s really quite ridiculous that it initially said (in fine print) that I was allowed to use up to TWO offer codes all in the same order. Honestly, I believe the fair thing to do would be to include with my order a promotional item as should have been allowed. But, VS is a large company making millions to my dollars… So I won’t expect it to actually happen… If I could make a simple suggestion, maybe prepare more by stocking up on promo item offers during big/seasonal sales events, and be more forthcoming, truthful, fair, and definitely more clear about the offers and promotions the VS/PINK consumer is and is not entitled to.
