Ways to improve app from excellent to outstanding

Choosing items, size, color, amount, offer codes, review order & enter payment method is very simple and direct and the app is above and beyond others, I appreciate the experience and rate a 10+ however when its time to submit order and there is some issue with payment, the app only says to try another payment method. It should explain “why” the chosen form of payment is denied. I tried too many times, checking for: typos? connection to wifi? was my card frozen? an unauthorized transaction leaving me without the necessary funds? Klarna? It waisted my time, because everything was good to go on my end, except not realizing VS wanted Klarnas payment to go through VS instead of VS getting hooked up by Klarna (more simple: VS giving Klarna business vs Klarna giving VS business)
The online app would be 100% excellent from the beginning of shopping through getting confirmation of order and more if a reason was given, if a payment were to be declined. And especially those of us who wont use paypal
