I recieved a gift card for my birthday you guys were having a sale so I wanted to purchase my daughter's bras. Everything was great untill I tried to order and got an error code. I checked with the gift card giver she sent me the receipt. So I call the gift card and they said oh yes I see you haven spent it but there was a hold placed on it for 48hr. I was upset they ended up saying I needed to talk to customer service so I called them went back and forth about the hold cs agent was very nice tried to get me the same discount and order my order I couldn't really understand her but I thought she ordered it. I look a couple days later and no order since I chat with an unresponsive member who keep pointing out the non relevant information so I called and a cs rep transfered me to giftcard with transfered me back to cs I was on hold for an hour somewhere in there and finally I got niaome who alougj I could quite make out what happened my order seems to be placed and she sent me a card for my troubles and if the bras were charged to my credit card (because she kept asking for my social) she will be the greatest cs agent i talked to over there. She was friendly and handled my concern just incase I recorded it all. Still could understand her about 20% of the time. I recieved my order but I feel like my 75 was held for no good reason and that Noone new how to handle it or were to refer my to talk to at one point I ask for a manager and got put on hold for 2hrs so I feel like alot of my time got wasted and money held for no good reason none anyone could give me anyways. Parton me want to tell her to look for different bra and part of me want to say how wonderful ghe 5th cs rep handled it. Merry Christmas
