The website was fine. But my order should have been ready sooner. I finally called and was
I hold for 5+ minutes and hung up. I called later and was told to come on in, it wasn’t ready but would be. At the store I was told it was out of stock and I probably had an email saying the order was cancelled. I still 3 hours later don’t have the email. They said I was lucky a shipment just came in, so they sold me the item for the same price. I better not get charged twice. I don’t know whether to be more unhappy with a website that sold me merchandise that did not exist, or the people in the store that acted like I should know and understand this mess. The manager kept telling me this is just what happens. I will say that the young lady who rang up the transaction and made me sign up for rewards (I am in my 70’s and don’t exactly wear your merchandise) did apologize for the mixup at the end of the transaction. I’m not likely be be a reoccurring customer.
