This isn't a Victoria Secret problem but unfortunately it falls on your store. Because you chose this bank, and I can't seem to get any help from you, (there's no one in this country, who speaks eligible English that I don't have to keep asking them to repeat themselves) this is CRAZY! MY WORD! I've been in retail, customers service all my life! This is not how you treat a customer of 3 decades. That's right I've been a loyal customer since I was 18. My first bra fitting 34B. 2 days I have tried to get my card unlocked so I could use it with each person telling me something different. The last person, so call supervisor, though I don't believe it. Dina, employee number, 5320. Said I paid on my account too many times. I told her that was because I use the card so much that I only have 750. balance so I need to keep paying it down. But as the saying goes....this is the straw that broke the camel's back. I can't trust this card again. What if I'm out with my family and am paying for lunch and they freeze the card because they don't trust Bank of America funds to transfer my money successfully. REALLY! I've been with bank of America for 4 decades, talk to them on my worth. I'm hurt Vicki. But I'll get over it.
