Ordered about $150 worth or fragrances and whatnot for my wife once I realized they had an offer for a free blanket with a purchase of $125 or more. Once I confirmed that I had 12 items in my cart I checked out only to immediately realize my number dropped to 11 items being shipped. Went and saw the blanket was the only thing that was no longer going to be included. I contacted customer care immediately and got an associate who seemed helpful, but after I gave them the coupon code snuggle125 they disappeared from the chat, which made the automated system disconnect the room due to inactivity. So I immediately contacted a new associate who after looking into my order told me I had "missed the brief window to cancel or edit my order and I could return the order once I received the items." I told them I had contacted as soon as the order was placed, but the previous associate went bye-bye. To which I was offered free shipping on my next order..I dont know what you can do to fix this issue, but having a very small window to fix any issues seems kind of dumb. Order hadn't even been shipped, packed, or touched by the time I contacted customer support.
