Site Experience FeedbackDec 26, 2025
This was absolutely the most awful experience that I have ever experienced anywhere on the web for a checkout experience. I was on my Safari browser, logged in, with two bras in my cart. I was two dollars away from free shipping (which is ridiculous. Just let me give you two dollars if that's what it takes to get "free shipping"). I attempted to check out using my Safari browser, but first I had to change my shipping address. I was unable to do this. It kept sending me yet another six digit number to enter to confirm that I was me, although I was already logged it. Additionally, the 6 digit code didn't automatically enter with a click ('fill from mail') which is a market expectation at this point if you have a Mac. Anyway. I decided to say screw it and have it sent to my old address, so all I needed to do was check out. The checkout was completely nonfunctional on the Safari browser. Between 1230 and 12:55 PM, I received nine different six digit codes that I had to manually enter in, and still was unsuccessful. I was only able to check out when I decided to try the Chrome browser. On my chrome browser, Victoria's Secret magically was able to pull my newly added credit card number along with my shopping cart even though it could not complete a purchase 1 minute prior on the Safari browser. To me, that indicates that you having my credit card number is more important than me being able to purchase anything. Finally, in the chrome browser, I was able to complete my purchase. It should not take 30 min to check out online. Absurd.
