The website is constantly not opening screens it should , such as when you click on details to read the terms of a coupon. Or it just doesn't open at all! I have screen shots and screen recordings!. And I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to make a purchase with nasty unprofessional people with ZERO customer service skills AS USUAL!!. When I'm done with my gift card, this GOLD MEMBER (me), will never shop at VS or Pink ever again. And I will neverrrr recommend this horrendous place with terrible customer service to anyone. EVER.. Between the attitudes, the unprofessionalism, and the repeat- REPEAT- NASTY, RUDE UNhelpful people/Phone representatives/employees, who are guaranteed to ruin my day and Alwaysssss WASTE MY TIME, screw up my order, enter my address wrong- using an address that NEVER BELONGED TO ME! (It's an incorrect address that was entered, in error, by 1 representative, and the rest of the employees keep applying it to my orders!!) I have repeatedly said to remove that unknown strangers address from my account!! And that your VS employee put in my account incorrectly- But they never do!) I have to keep calling back. Wasting my time. MY TIME!!!. LOSING OUT ON MERCHANDISE THAT IS THEN SOLD OUT by the time I get back through to someone, after seeing they used a strangers shipping address for my order AGAIN!. Or merchandise that comes ripped and/stained MORE THAN 3 TIMES! AND GETTING A DECENT REPRESENTATIVE ON THE PHONE IS RIDICULOUSLY TIME CONSUMING! And then they have the audacity to be Rude!! IT'S A NEW YEAR!! AND I WILL NOT GO THROUGH THIS, WITH THIS HORRID COMPANY IN 2026, LIKE I DID IN 2025. I WILL NOT SHOP AT A PLACE THAT CAUSES REPEAT AND CONSTANT AGGRAVATION!
