Went to Victoria’s Secret store in Orland Mall (Illinois). Terrible customer service. All young teenage girls working in store. No one asked if I needed assistance. When I asked for help I was ignored. The fitting room attendants were laughing and on their phones while I was asking them if a room was open. When I asked if one of them could get me another size they both looked at each other and one of them finally said she would do it. I waited in the fitting room for over 10 minutes. I got dressed, went back into the store to find the same 2 girls chit chatting again. When I asked the girl if she forgot about me she laughed and the other girl walked away. I asked her if the situation was funny to her because she left me waiting for 10 minutes and never apologized. I asked for her name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag. She refused to give me her name. I asked for a manger and she walked away from me, going to help another customer. I left the store and decided to place the order online today. I had a pair of underwear in my cart when I went to check out. When I tried to enter my gift card the underwear disappeared from my cart. The website wasn’t recognizing the gift card. I had to enter it 6 times before it accepted it.
