Site Experience FeedbackJan 25, 2026
It is BEYOND frustrating that I could only add 30 items to my cart. And that stupid free dog kept taking up one item. I spent 2 hours while watching a football game adding items to my cart. When I went to check out, I found that 75% of what I had added had been kicked out of the cart and I had no way of finding out what had been deleted. This is an abysmal experience for your customers. Especially ones willing to spend $1,000+. It is also a piss-poor experience for your customer service employees because any code generated as an offer of "goodwill for the inconvenience" only applies to one order. Customers have to go add back all the items again, and then they don't have a discount code because it was used for the first 30 items. This is so incredibly stupid. And there is zero communication in the cart nor on the website that this restriction exists. Three separate reps stated it is not anywhere on your website. What a horrible experience to add 100 items to your cart and hit checkout and there are only 30 there (well, 29 and the stupid free dog!). What an awful experience for people wanting to SPEND MONEY WITH YOU! At bare minimum you could put a notification in the checkout path. I literally design these for a living and this experience was ridiculous.
