I didn’t receive my order. It went to the wrong address and there seemed to be no number/email to reach out to regarding this matter on the VS website, only a “live chat” option which was useless as it told me that VS was not responsible for the package after it was shipped and to reach out to the delivery company, in which I did, to no resolve, and was told to reach back out to Victoria Secret whose live chat already told me they are not responsible. I’ve never had a package from VS not be delivered correctly until this order and yet there was no easy or quick way to resolve this issue and I’m still out on my money and my package. I am currently trying to dispute the charge with my bank. It is so disappointing that I don’t even want to shop VS anymore, because if I were to order again, there is NO guarantee that I will receive my package nor get my money back in that case! I don’t even want to see VS marketing as it reminds of the fact that I am still waiting on my money back, despite never receiving my package, and that there was seemingly no other, better, quicker, way to resolve this issue, like a more accessible customer service phone number or email, not a robot live chat telling me VS isn’t responsible for the package I never received! What a joke I wish that I was!
