Received my order one day late, because Fedex had a delay in Illinois. It took two days just to transit the state of Illinois. Not a fault of Tower Hobbies, however. Price I paid was competitive with other retailers.

Huge selection of genuine products priced fairly. There were some software checkout issues from the server being overloaded, but after a minute it cleared. All the product's descriptions were written accurately, free from AI misinformation, unlike most other online listings. I can trust that the listings are true to what they say, and nothing will be falsely overglorified.

I do get a little confused about the new discount program. Its hard to keep track of all the different ways you can receive discounts and when you can use them. I've been a shopper of Tower Hobbies for over 25 years and remember the time when you used discount codes for savings. I liked that better because they were always there when you needed them and you didn't have to wait for sales and arrivals of your discounts. How about bring them back, PLEASE!!

Order was not complete! Still waiting on a small bottle of Sea Blue paint left off the order. CS said they would look into the matter. Don’t know about a company that puts a $2.50 bottle of paint over a customer’s satisfaction. Still no bottle of paint!! Way to go Tower.

The purchase was smooth and the prices were the best I found online. The problem was FedEx. After it left your facility it went to Lenexa, KS which is north of me. Then it went to Olathe, KS. Then it went BACK to Lenexa, KS. Then it went BACK to Olathe, KS. All the time FedEx kept moving the date back. Then it went to Hutchins, TX, which is south of me. Finally it went to Edmond, OK which normal. Usually either there or OK City. When it finally got to my house the box was really beat up. Sure enough, one of the tins was dented. Fortunately, I'm not interested in the tins. I intend to build the models. But if you sent these to a collector they would probably be upset about the condition of the tin on one of the two kits. All in all I am FED UP with FedEx. This next comment by no means excuses FedEx. However, you could have put a bit more padding in the box. Just saying.

Expected a trouble free, working model but what I received was an out of date old offering of a model. I have never had any problems with my numerous E-Flite models and I expected the same from Tower. I could not talk to anyone so I had to struggle with the internet scenario. I was forced to do the same thing as to information and pictures 3-4 times and when I complained I was told it was company policy to handle my claim the the way they were handling it! Thus far I only have a case # which is 03138311 and an (RA) #2270288 but no shipping label or instructions to conclude this lousy episode of my of fantastic modeling career!
