I wish you had more details about the products you sell. Many times there are technical details (size, compatibility, ...) that is useful but is missing. In all fairness, it's not just a Tower Hobbies issue. I see the same thing at other hobby sites.

Bad Experience and No Help

Hello I received my order and needed to reach out because it was shipped upside down and damaged. It shows significant stress marks on the box and inside near the left tire it makes me extremely concerned because all the weight and pressure was put on the car upside down and the wrong way risking the servo or other suspension parts. The label was upside down and so they shipped it upside down. I attached some photos in my email to customer service clearly showing everything. I even have unboxing video. I'd like to work out a resolution. And I stated this to the rep a resolution of where compensation can be taken off instead of going through the hassle of a RMA and shipping and waiting for a refund it's not good for both sides I am trying to minimize loss here. I don't feel safe or confident in the car now and the fact that the cardboard was hit hard the wheel is bent to the side so I don't know what to do. The rep when I explained all this ignored me and just gave me a step by step guide to fix a broken bent wheel. He said if it was bent just look for a bend and left it at that. It's not a matter of turning a turn buckle. It's bent. I have a video of opening it too. I just am really concerned about the left side and the hit this took traveling like this. Every order I've got has come perfectly besides this because of an upside down label. It's truly upsetting and I also have a mojave 6s on pre order and debating cancelling after this as no one packing is paying attention to handle the boxes correctly I am not going to go through damaged goods. This is the first occurrence and hope the last but it doesnt change the fact I received damaged goods but willing to work out a compensation rather then return like partial refund. I please would appreciate a resolution in this rather a percentage off the price. Or an exchange but it's very hard for me to get this back to a shipper and all of that so please let me know what can be done. I have no car and cannot drive. It clearly is negligence with shipping a $600 car upside down. I also want to avoid this in the future and for my next rc car order. I have spent a lot of money here. I would like to work to a resolution whether money off, or an exchange but I do not have the capability to return as I have no car and cannot lift the box myself. Please let me know a resolution. My number is also 401-919-6909 all supporting documents. Because of logistics, carrying a massive box and having no car I am willing to fix this or settle it myself if you can offer compensation off the product. I have ordered multiple high end rc cars. I have a mojave 6s exb on order $910, and ordering a talion another $888. Id really appreciate help and also so I can secure the other rc cars. I also want to make sure in the future non of my items are ever shipped out upside label or upside down so they come pristine like the last few orders and how it's advertised to come. This is deeply upsetting to me. I really hope someone gets back to me because the rep completely ignored my email and requests and was not helpful. It makes me want to cancel my 2 future orders equaling over $1,800 and I just spent nearly $1700 on product. Please I just am asking for compensation for the broken wheel and offering to fix it myself so we both don't have logistic head aches and I cannot physically bring the box to FedEx I also do not drive or have a car or access to one which is the only reason why I would take compensation off. I got a brand new car, expected a brand new car now I have to fix it for it to work breaking all my states consumer rights laws. I will give tower time to respond but not past 3 days.

If the site has the correct inventory updated then this was a good experience but I found that Tower and Horizon shares inventory so I am not sure that the inventory will be what is stated on the website.
