Attempted several times to contact Tower Hobbies for a return label via the chat method. During the chat, I was given three separate case numbers. I asked to speak to a representative and was told the rep was available and the I was the next to have a call. I gave my email address and phone number but no rep has contacted me. Very dissatisified with Tower Hobbies.

Great outfit to get R/C stuff. I just wish they packed my $140 order of electronic stuff in something better than a thin barely padded mailer. They could have even just wrapped the gear in a layer of bubble wrap before putting it in padded mailer. If you ever saw how small package carriers handle stuff or worse see the miles of conveyors at their hubs, you'd think twice. Heavy items clinking around the belts with packages like mine would scare you.i can't test my items right away because I am just starting to build it. Anyway the items seem ok so I'm sure when the time comes in a few months that I can test them, Tower Hobbies would help me out if need

I loved the fact that the special on the package included an extra battery and controller. It really made the price of the package a great deal. I find it interesting that the RC Car was delivered today but FedEx shows it as delayed and waiting for an updated delivery date. No biggie, and does not affect my opinion of Tower Hobbies.
