I wanted a specific item and for some reason I couldn’t find it because your website brought me to a select few items and when I searched it, I can only find the waterproof mascara, but I did not want the waterproof one. For some reason it brought me to a select menu of a few items, and it was aggravating because I couldn’t find what I wanted for about 10 minutes.

I was looking for the original pomade in the pencil, not the super fine but I’m going to see how this is. It was very easy to do my eyebrows with the other. So not happy that the other wasn’t in stock anymore. I like the bright colors, pink, and overall look of the site however.

I received a promo email and was able to navigate directly to the product page from the email. Selecting and adding multiple options to my cart was very easy, and when I was ready to check out, it was easy to find where I needed to go. Logging into my account was easy (even though I had to reset my password; my cart didn't time out and I was able to continue with the checkout process). It was clear to understand what was needed of me and filling out my payment information was a snap.

I have not received any products yet so I cannot really give a rating on that but I will tell you I think it is horrible that you were charging for shipping for orders that are over $100.00. It was a game changer for me, but it was for my daughter so I did it but never again.
