I was looking for the original pomade in the pencil, not the super fine but I’m going to see how this is. It was very easy to do my eyebrows with the other. So not happy that the other wasn’t in stock anymore. I like the bright colors, pink, and overall look of the site however.

I received a promo email and was able to navigate directly to the product page from the email. Selecting and adding multiple options to my cart was very easy, and when I was ready to check out, it was easy to find where I needed to go. Logging into my account was easy (even though I had to reset my password; my cart didn't time out and I was able to continue with the checkout process). It was clear to understand what was needed of me and filling out my payment information was a snap.

I have not received any products yet so I cannot really give a rating on that but I will tell you I think it is horrible that you were charging for shipping for orders that are over $100.00. It was a game changer for me, but it was for my daughter so I did it but never again.

I love the new Sweet Peach shadow palette. I bought the first Peach palette when it first came out. I remember being in line on my computer, waiting for the chance to buy the palette when TooFaced offered it. My buying expereince today was fast and easy. This was one of the more frustrating purchases I have made. Live chat could not tell me how to get more eyeliner out of the pencil. No part of the pencil rotated. So I paid $26 for 1/8" of eyeliner that was already extended when I purchased it.
