I love too faced products as specially their bronzer powder. best shades and makes my skin look very good. I'm surprised that they took off gifts that they use to give when purchasing a lot of items and they charge for shipping which is strange. I hope they will change it back

I think you should offer free shipping and not just on a certain amount purchased. In addition, you should consider offering better coupons to your subscribers because by the time you add shipping and tax this cancels out the coupon marking the item more expensive to the customer

I had a good experience overall. Just bummed I had to pay for shipping on a purchase of $200. I feel like it should'v been free shipping when you spend that much. But other than that I love too face products.

Had difficulty setting up profile after creating new account. It kept giving me an error message when trying to add my bday, age, etc. Placing the order went smoothly. Extremely happy about getting this mascara on sale for half-off! I feel the shipping cost is high, especially considering the weight, but as a new customer I got an extra 15% off so it made up for that.
