Tobacco General always has the tobacco & tubes that I want, and the price I pay for the tobacco & tubes is a lot less than I would pay for them locally, plus each order is always delivered to my door. I have had two separate negative experiences with my orders, not this one, and both of them were due to the USPS poor handling of those orders which resulted in damage to some of the tubes inside of the USPS shipping boxes. I have suggested that Tobacco General should consider the use a sticker (placed near the ship to address label) that states the products inside of those shipping boxes are "fragile" and each shipping box should be handled with care. Two previous orders I placed with TG received considerable damage in the shipping process. One shipping box had hole in it, as well as other shipping damage, that I was able to put 4 of my fingers inside of that shipping box hole. So far, Tobacco General has not given my suggestion any serious consideration. I do not believe I am the only TG customer that has experienced this type of damage to the shipping box which resulted in damage to some of the products inside of it. I have my doubts that "fragile" stickers would be a threat to TG bottom line. Losing long time repeat customers however, could be. Tobacco General did give me a partial refund for damage to that past order.
