The. ONLY. reason Tobacco General DID NOT receive all 10's, this time around is due to the fact, I NEVER RECEIVED a confirmation my order was laced and excepted (order number). I tried calling twice and sent 1 email asking since my payment went through and couldn't find out the status of my order or if Tobacco General did receive my payment/order, when I was going to receive my items.
To my surprise, I received ALL of the items I ordered on time and in excellent condition. Sooo, once again Tobacco General did their usual perfect performance EXCEPT for the issue I was NOT ABLE TO FIND OUT THE STATUS FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME in ALL OF YHE YEARS, I'VE BEEN ORDERING FROM TOBACCO GENERAL.
I HATE sending responses like this. Bottom lune, I ran out of product the morning I received my replacement order. ALL IS WELL. THANK YOU TOBACCO GENERAL. I WILL BE PLACING FUTURE ODERS WITH YOUR COMPANY!!! FINALLY, WHY was I NOT ABLE to.ve able to receive the 5% discount, as I am on SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY WITH THS ORDER??? Money or should I say, miney for me is a jey issue as is in this case finding out when delivery was going to happen.
