Everything was good about the experience; except I was unable to use PayPal because the license with the payment processor had expired so I had to input my credit card details which I prefer not to do. But it was the best price, available without a long wait, and appointments in town without a long delay.

After Tire Pros perform the repairs, they have a second mechanic go over the work performed a second time just to be sure. Ms. Ferrell manages Tire Pros as well as I have ever seen. She gets personally involved if necessary.
