After Tire Pros perform the repairs, they have a second mechanic go over the work performed a second time just to be sure. Ms. Ferrell manages Tire Pros as well as I have ever seen. She gets personally involved if necessary.

I need to tell you what I want to have done: A few months ago, I had belts & hoses replaced. Two days later a belt would squeal when I started the car. I bro't the car back; y'all tightened it. Thank you. Now it is squealing again when I start the car. Will there be additional charge ? Again, my thanks.

I ALWAYS ENJOY GOING TO TIRE PROS ANYTIME I NEED MY VEHICLE WORKED ON. THIS LAST TIME THEY DID THEIR USUAL GOOD JOB BUT IT TOOK AN EXTRA DAY TO FINISH THE JOB. THIS WAS NO PROBLEM ON MY PART BECAUSE I HAD A LONER VEHICLE AND DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING SCHEDULED THAT WOULD HAVE CAUSED ME A PROBLEM.

There was an error when first placing order. I needed to call customer service the day after order to see if it went through, which it did not. I had to order again, did not receive an email confirmation and needed to contact the local store myself to verify installation appointment. There is a lack of communication between online and the store. They had no way to contact me
