after changing the oil in road for about five minutes, I found two of the bolts that hold down the rack and mirror back rest bolts were stripped out and never tighten completely. I asked to have them replaced in the caps to me and they want me to jump two hoops and not worth my time.

Upon receiving the scooter that had two puncture wounds in the rear tire and I have contacted customer support and I am expecting a resolution hopefully I hear back from them as soon as possible as the plugs in the tires don't last that long these structural integrity of the tire has been compromised and could possibly shred the tire but all in all I love the product I love the customer service and I will definitely be returning for further purchases

Very happy with the 4 wheeler we bought for our 8 year old. He has autism, so all the safety aspects have helped. Between the speed limiter, safety cord, and parental kill switch we couldn't ask for better. It run great and and looks amazing! Very happy with the shipping experience also.
