The order arrived early. Which was nice however I didn't receive notice it was going to be two weeks early. Not necessarily an issue but it was pouring that day and I came home to a soaking wet palette which necessitated unpacking and moving immediately other than that great experience how we recommend the company and would buy again from them

Delivered in perfect condition. Appears to be high-quality. Seem to include some extras including the floorboard extension stuff which is pretty cool because those are like $40 extra online. It runs perfectly. I definitely feel like I got a fantastic deal for a great scooter.

The motorcycle arrived on time. Unfortunately the tank and muffler have some scratches on them but I was not here to accept it or refuse. They just dropped it off and son was home and did not know to check it out before they driver left. But other than that it started right up and runs great!

I have never seen a power sports store that was closed on the weekends? I live in Pennsylvania where they are typically closed on Sundays and Mondays? Anyhow, there should be someone to monitor and assist with phone calls, facebook messages and emails. Ive been waiting on a law enforcement discount code or application of those discounts?

wouldve liked the bike in turqoise,.. was offered red that was readily available.. but declined. spoke to someone to get guesstimate and vin was uninformative. bike arrived wonderfully. sent for MCO.. very slow, got bike on 17th of August, as of Sept 4th,.. still no MCO, so I can register it and get plate.. so its sitting since i got it awaiting proper papers to register and get it on the road. Purchase to delivery was great,.. Not being able to move forward while waiting after delivery .. Not so great.. As consumer, I dont understand why paperwork is not sent with or is not close behind the delivery .. so you can hit the ground running... :(

after changing the oil in road for about five minutes, I found two of the bolts that hold down the rack and mirror back rest bolts were stripped out and never tighten completely. I asked to have them replaced in the caps to me and they want me to jump two hoops and not worth my time.

Upon receiving the scooter that had two puncture wounds in the rear tire and I have contacted customer support and I am expecting a resolution hopefully I hear back from them as soon as possible as the plugs in the tires don't last that long these structural integrity of the tire has been compromised and could possibly shred the tire but all in all I love the product I love the customer service and I will definitely be returning for further purchases

Very happy with the 4 wheeler we bought for our 8 year old. He has autism, so all the safety aspects have helped. Between the speed limiter, safety cord, and parental kill switch we couldn't ask for better. It run great and and looks amazing! Very happy with the shipping experience also.
