I had to call off work several times for which i do not get paid, for a scheduled delivery, only to be met with a no call no show every time, nobody reached out to notify me, i had to make several attempts to get ahold of anyone and when i finally did they were all unable to help in any way, after about a month of dealing with this i disputed the charges on my credit card and that caused them to cancel my order….they were fine with stringing me along and ignoring me when they had my money but as soon as i got the ball back in my court and said you’ll get your money when i get my product, all the sudden they didn’t want to play any more and canceled the order, which leads me to believe it was a scam the entire time, my solution with the dispute was a win win for both sides because if they would have delivered the item i would of had to sign for it, so the dispute would of lost all grounds and id have no choice but to drop it and they would get their money and i would have my item and everyone would of been happy, but they decided to cancel the order (and of course not tell me, i had to find out days later after reaching out) right away which leads me to believe they had no intent of actually delivering the order in the first place and just keeping the money, they then accused me of trying to scam them which is hilarious because my solution to the problem would of forced me to pay them, so the scam was clearly on their side, they just wanted to keep my money and hoped i would just go away

The front tire is out of round or the rim is bent or both.i have to take pictures and video and send to them and on their ok send the stuff back and I have to pay shipping to and from,why should I have to pay for damage that is not my fault seems they would make it right no questions ask the bike has 10 miles on it I have has for 3 days the front shakes like a dog crapping razor blades the bike bogs down at full throttle probably carb

Well, I didnt get what I thought i was getting, the bike itself is good kinda, besides superior not tuning my carburetor, it shuts off often, and not to mention the reason why I got bike; i seen so many links with the same exact bike I have, but theirs have speedometer, front/rear signal lights and tail light/brake light, that came with bike, not aftermarket...and i wanted the same; but nobody at superior knows anything about the extra items or whether if they can get them for me...so yes, im quite disappointed in purchase

Came well packaged and was easy enough to assemble. fired right up after figuring out emergency pull cord had to be clipped in haha!! will need to upgrade carburetor soon though.
