Urgent – Refund Request for Undelivered Order Good morning, everyone, I honestly don’t even know what to say about this situation anymore. I’ve been waiting for my order for over 10 days. In fact, I already placed a new order and received it, while my original order is still stuck with UPS. I’ve called Sun Sports multiple times and sent several emails, but I haven’t received any meaningful response or resolution from either Sun Sports or UPS. This should be such a simple issue to resolve. All I’m asking for is a full refund as soon as possible. The payment was already charged to my credit card, I’ve already paid my credit card bill, and I still haven’t received the product. At this point, I no longer want the original order delivered. I just want my money back. Could someone please take responsibility for this situation and finally resolve it? I would appreciate your prompt response and confirmation that my refund is being processed. Thank you.

The site offfers top of the line prices for the equipment i was looking for. I thought that the product information was lacking or at least difficult to find for the product i was interested in. When i was looking for the weight and dimensions of the tent all i could find under specs was that its a 2 person tent and some serial numbers. I've never used this site before so i am spectacle of the legitimacy (especially with how low the prices are), but there are good reviews online so im taking a leap of faith here.

I needed a new tent because mine was leaking. I looked at the place I usually purchase from and they did not have what I was looking for, but Sunny Sports was listed as a place to look. I am very excited to have a very similar tent, and it won't leak! You should order from them if you have a need in that area.

The hyper-lite cove saddles are great. They are more buoyant than other cove saddles that I have purchased. They are comfortable when in use and dry rather quickly.

Using the Sunny Sports website was easy and it provided good photos, and information from the manufacturer. We were really able to see the lay out and figure out if it would meet our needs. After assembling 4 other tents we were happy to finally find the one we were looking for, it was refreshing to take a little nap inside and be able to say, yes this is it!
