I thought the website was straightforward and easy enough to use. The only feedback I have is to change the look/font / format of how you offer shipping on the site. I needed express shipping and I just scrolled right past that option at checkout and didn’t really even notice it was there. In general, the purchase went well, however, I gave major demerits because, while I have an account for Sunnysports (and Adorama), i kept getting errors every time I logged in—apparently it not recognizing my email account. As a result I could not add this transaction to my account after I made my purchase. In doing this, I recalled that I had this same problem months ago when again I was thwarted in logging on while making a purchase. Frustrating.
