I made an order. A couple hours later decided the item would not work for why I ordered it. I went online to cancel the order, but did not have that option. So I called customer support. They said the order was being processed and I couldn’t cancel it, even tho it had not been sent out yet. I called back to speak with a supervisor and was told the same thing. I asked for a return label so when it arrives I couldn’t cancel return it. Was told there would be one in the pkg with the paperwork I closed. I got the pkg. looked for paperwork and did not see a return label. Called again and was told it’s in the packaging. Finally found it tucked between 2 boxes in the order. The item was not assembled yet and I put everything back in the packaging retapped it and took it to where I was told it could be returned to. Walgreens couldn’t accept it because they couldn’t put it into the storage area they had. Dollar General does not do shipping anymore. So I had to find a private shipping company to get it returned. After the item was received back to Stoneberry, I was charged for the return shipping because the pkg was opened.
