Website is easy to navigate, but some details/options on products could have more information to better understand the differences in selections, such as knowing how much a difference in pile height selecting ultra-plush cut makes. I like that you offer multiple options for payment.

Originally ordered floormats for my 1996 300zx. Called Stock Interiors to see what the color of my floor carpet set was. Fortunately, they had records, and pulled up the date and color (Nutmeg). Proceeded to order my floormats. Much to my surprise, they sent another floor carpet set. Were they trying to tell me that I botched the first one and that I could do better with a second one? I received a call from Stock Interiors telling me that they goofed and sent a floor carpet and not the mats, and that they were sending UPS out to pick that up and that the mats were being sent out. Got those a few days later and popped the box and dropped my mats into my car. Very slightly disappointed that the edging of the floor mats are a different color than the mats, but they still look good.

Stock interiors was awesome to buy and work with. But they need to change how they ship their products FedEx was horrible extremely late on receiving my item. Again this was FedEx fault not stock interiors. UPS would be much better.
