Very easy to search and select the carpet. A couple of carpet samples was sent to met to help me finalize my selection. Also a nice promotion code was sent and used.

Very good transaction with my order. Carpet samples were sent prior to my order to confirm color and material. Carpet fit was excellent and received nice comments from many people. Also enjoyed the offered discount.

It's nice that you guys make these products available for obscure vehicles like the type that I own. In this day and age, it would be nice to have free shipping, even if you have to include it in the price of the carpet, it just takes you back a little bit. Hopefully you guys do not ship with ups. Personally, I have had very bad experiences with them recently bad communication, probably something to do with their relationship with their own employees because of the Union wage contract negotiations so I pray that you don't do that because it will interfere with how it's delivered to my house because they will not deliver to my house unless I am there to sign for it. My job will not allow me to be at home unless they deliver on certain weekend days or one day during the week. Please do not ship with UPS to me ever. Until they are more customer-centric and I mean by that I am just as much the customer as you are but they view you as the customer not me.

After installing 90% of the product, the last piece was found to be defective. My installer could still use it but would take about $100 more to re sew on the missing edging. Stock Int. offered to have me mail the piece back, they would fix it, and send it back to me. This would tie up shop space for weeks having my car sit there while this would happen. They apparently don't understand how big of a problem that is on my end. They gave me $50 and I forked over the other $50 out of pocket to the installer to get the car finished timely. If they offered to overnight me the replacement for the defective piece that would have probably worked too, but they didn't.
