I received a used car carpet, packaged as if it was thrown into a used box and double-taped, no literature, no protection of the product from the box, and the product itself showed use, was dirty, the carpet was pilled and showed slight wear, and had incorrect cuts made in the carpet.

Order showed up a day early. Color of carpet is what I wanted. The day l received my order I went to work and finished that day, excited and looks great. Now I need to find out if you have kick panels with vents. Happy.

We called and asked if our tax exemption and 5% discount would be applied automatically if we ordered online, and they said yes, but when we placed the order it did not apply automatically. We mentioned it in a note in the checkout, so we are hoping they see the note and make sure those things are applied before the credit card is charged.

Easy to order. Shipping varies A LOT. I have had orders show up in a reasonable time and I have had orders take 2 weeks or more. Shipping is a large percentage of the cost and if that is the case I think shipping should be faster. The website doesn't let me search for my vehicle at all. I ha e to search it through Google to find d the right product on your website.

Had to order a new floor liner for my truck. Finding the item was a little difficult on the stock interior web site. I was looking for a 2006 regular cab. It didnt want to pull it up for me. Maybe i was just entering in the information wrong. Other than that i am happy with my experience and i would recommend them for sure.

Stock interiors was very easy to navigate and they had exactly what I needed and a great selection of colors to choose from. I got samples in about 10 days and I was surprised which color actually looked amazing and I'm very excited to see this in my prized jeep.
