This is second generation of this item. Product shown was first generation as it lasts longer for my dog as she is a very aggressive chewer. The second generation is not as well made and doesn't survive her chewing habits as long as the first generation of this ball. Update photo for other customers please.

Ordered a saddle. It came very quick tried it on the horse with a new saddle pad and all. It didn’t fit at all. The saddle was literally out of the shipping package 5-6 minutes and put straight back in box. I am now losing $360 plus shipping to send a brand new in original packaging box back. At this time I’m not sure if I would recommend them for any large purchases

I was thrilled to see an item recommended to me was on sale but then I had to pay shipping. I do not like that, because then I have lost the discount when an item is on sale. You need a set amount for which free shipping applies. You also do not have free returns if the item does not work, funny how sizing with different companies works. One size does not fit all. If I lived where there was a tack shop near by I would NEVER use online shopping when I need to check sizing. If another company has what I want next time and have free shipping, I will use them.

I recently ordered saddle bags online from state line and they arrived with a broken buckle. I called and emailed the support team and they gave me a full refund for them and I ended up buying them again online along with another set and a couple other things. sizes are missing, could not access the size chart on a shirt. also only one view of product, would like to see all angles. horses come in many sizes, not just pony/cob/horse and large, that does not cut it in the age of European warmbloods, drafts and Friesians. need to be more specific in your sizes.

I'm just getting back into the horse industry after being away for many years due to spinal injuries. There will be no riding involved - unless it's my granddaughter.I'll only be doing lead line and halter classes, if at all. Just to be around horses again is a gift but having to start from the ground up again is a huge undertaking from halters to brushes, lead lines, blankets - everything. I gave it all up when I was told my riding/horse days were over so it's a little overwhelming navigating the site at first.

This hock shield is way more than I expected. I needed to provide my little mare with relief from hock scrapes as I even had to have a vet clean one up and cover it. However the hock shield really does the job and doesn't fall off as others I have purchased did. It has been a lifesaver.

I really like that it is lightweight and has plenty of strap for adjustment. However, it is pretty dry. One of the straps started cracking as I was trying to adjust it to my horse. Even with maintenance, this strap won’t last long.
