I did not click shop pay but suddenly your site used it with a defunct credit card. The person I called in the morning to change my card for my payment was less than helpful, cancelled my order but could not confirm it was cancelled, coundn't reorder the product with the discount and was ZERO help.

You need more closeup pics of the blankets. I have ordered my blankets directly from Weatherbeeta in the past. I did not realize these blankets had strap and buckle front closures rather than the quick snap closures. I’m keeping them, but i never would have ordered them if I’d realized they had the buckle front.

Use of website was user friendly, shipping was fast and tracking provided. Unfortunately one of the items (the main item for me shopping SLT opposed to other sites) was misrepresented. I had to pay oversized shipping for a manure fork with the handle, but it did not come with the handle, and customer support via email is not very speedy. There has still been no resolution and that’s disappointing.

I received my supplements for my horses yesterday. When I opened the box they have 2 big supplements sitting up right and the smaller one sitting between them on its side the top had come off and it was spilt all inside the box. I appreciate all the options and quality stateline offers . However the processing of the order before shipment was 8 days. Shipping was quick itself, 4 days . Disappointed the processing took so long. I guess next time I could rush delivery and hope the cost will speed up the processing time .
