Tried emailing questions about product. Company never responded. Called the company, and did receive an email back However, they didn’t answer all my questions, and when I email back, no response. Products were too small. And because I tried a horse blanket on, it was considered used and can not be returned. How can one tell if it fits properly without trying it on? I will not use this company again and will be using another company that has more common sense and is more user friendly. Just very glad I ordered only a couple of smaller $ to try this company out, and didn’t make the major expense items I need.

This is a great fly sheet and at a great price. The material is strong but light weight and being white it is very reflective. My horse is black and this helps keep her cool and the belly flap has helped keep away the bugs that were causing sores all along her belly.

There was an issue with my account. I couldn't sign in and didn't receive the reset email after trying multiple times. I kept being taken in circles. I emailed and received an email that allowed me to reset. Other than that my experience was fine.

It took 5 days to leave the warehouse. If I hadn’t called to check on the order, I believe it would never have shipped. Delivery was another week plus with no updates. Item met expectation so I won’t be returning it, but I will probably not purchase online again unless you are the only option.

Ordered e gift certificates for a birthday gift. I had to order 3 certificates to equal $150. The recipient did not get the certificates until I recent them a second time. Ruined the surprise. I ordered the Gatsby Deluxe All Purpose pad with CoolMax. I accidentally ordered the wrong size so I contacted State Line by phone and they assisted me in the return and with reordering the correct size. These are great pads for hot weather and keep my mare a lot cooler. They also dry very quickly after use and wash well. I just hung it to dry and it is like new!

Packing lacking. MSM powder out of 2 of the 4 containers. As usual no secondary containment and lids not secured for the rough ride and delivery. Not returning because the outer box contained the powder with little loss and product did not seem to be contaminated.
